To support teaching, research, and learning, the University of Venda Library has over 32 327 eBook collections and over 154 235 print book collections from 1981 to the present. The collection consists of prescribed and recommended books, reference, literature, fiction, and rare/unique collection books on various subjects. Clients can either borrow or use the print books inside the library.

EBooks can either be downloaded (chapter-by-chapter or the entire book), and some can be printed (limited chapters), and some can be loaned out electronically. If you check out an e-book, it will automatically be returned to the database and become inaccessible from your device when it is due.
